Show Spotlight: A Night at the Cinema

March 13, 2015

Movies make us laugh, cry, smile and forget our worries. Though sometimes it’s not only the action that were seeing, it’s the music that were hearing, that moves us. That is what A Night at the Cinema is all about: the movie music.

Senior, Holly Machuga plays music ranging from just good old regular songs we hear in our favorite movies to the movie scores!

Why should you tune in? Machuga said, “It’s a little bit of a different format show. Not a lot of shows we have are focused on the music from movies.”

Machuga plans to have a superhero segment, a Disney movies segment (awesome, right?), a period pieces segment (playing songs from all different decades), and even soundtracks from full movie trilogies such as Pirates of the Caribbean and Lord of the Rings!

Tune in to both WCVF & WDVL, Wednesdays at 9 p.m. to take a listen into Hollywood!
